Squeeze Packer / Drillable Bridge Plug / Cement Retainers

The Squeeze Packer is a kind of high-temperature/high-pressure sliding-valve used in remedial cementing operations, also the SVB can be used as the drillable bridge plug and cement retainers. The packers consist of cast iron, brass, aluminum, and rubber to provide unsurpassed drillability. The squeeze packer can control flow and pressure differential in either direction and allows pressure testing of workstring. The slips of the SVB Squeeze Packer allow the packer to be set in all grades of casing.

By installing a squeeze packer and opening the sliding valve, you can convert any SVB Squeeze Packer into a top-drilling bridge plug.
A properly converted SVB Bridge Plug has the top-drilling feature, this feature allows pressure to vent across the set bridge plug before the drilling/milling process removes the top slips. This venting eliminates forces from the plug that could otherwise slow the drilling process.
